How do you ensure my wine arrives safely?
We use specialized, reinforced wine shippers designed to protect glass bottles from impact. During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may recommend holding your shipment in our temperature-controlled cellar until weather conditions are safe for transit.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
Yes. Federal law requires an adult signature (21+) for all alcohol deliveries. We recommend shipping to a business address if you are not certain someone will be home during the day to sign for the package.
Can I return a bottle of wine if I don't like it?
While we strive for excellence, we can only accept returns on bottles that are corked or flawed. If you believe your wine is defective, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange for a replacement or store credit.
Which states do you ship to?
Shipping regulations vary by state. Currently, we ship to most U.S. states where direct-to-consumer wine shipping is legally permitted. Please enter your zip code at checkout to confirm if we can deliver to your specific location.
Do you offer local pickup?
Absolutely. If you are in the Atlanta area, you can select 'Local Pickup' at checkout. Your order will be ready for collection at our Westside shop during regular business hours.
Are your wines organic or biodynamic?
We specialize in small-production, artisanal wines. While not every bottle is certified organic, a large majority of our selection focuses on sustainable, organic, or biodynamic farming practices and minimal intervention winemaking.
