Please examine your bottles immediately upon delivery or pickup to ensure the order is correct and the packaging is intact.
Contact Customer Support
If you receive a damaged or corked bottle, email our team within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Verification Process
Our wine specialists will review your claim and may request that the remaining contents of the bottle be returned for quality assessment.
Resolution
Approved claims for damaged goods will be eligible for a replacement of the same vintage or a store credit if the item is no longer in stock.
