Assembly of different plots of land on La Roche-Vineuse and Chaintré. The soils are all Quaternary clay-limestone. Direct pressing of the whole harvest. Slight settling. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Racking, then light filtration before bottling. Maturing period in stainless steel tanks of about 16 months. No gluing.

Located in the village of La Roche-Vineuse in South Burgundy, we are winegrowers, passionate about our profession and the terroirs of the MĂąconnais and the Beaujolais that weâre cultivating. Olivier Merlinâs first contact with the vines was in 1977. That year, he harvests in a MĂąconnais estate and discovers an atmosphere, a family spirit. His passion for the winegrowerâs profession began then.
