Sourced from a blend of upper Yarra Valley vineyards, the 2021 Pinot Noir reflects Mac Forbesâ low-intervention philosophy and site-specific focus. The regionâs elevated, cooler sitesâwith volcanic and clay-rich soilsâproduce fruit with natural acidity and perfume. Fermentation was spontaneous with a high proportion of whole bunches, followed by aging in older French oak to maintain vibrancy and structure.
