La Rural is the project of brothers Andreu and Xavi PadrĂł, who began making wine in 2018 on their family's organically certified farm in Santes Creus, Catalunya. Inspired by the natural wine movement, they left their previous careers to focus on producing fresh, light wines without sulfur. Working with stainless steel tanks and employing short, infusion-style macerations, they craft wines that reflect their rural heritage and the unique terroir of the Alt Camp region.
