Blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Saint Laurent and Dornfelder - Organically grown!
The color is beautiful bright light rose. The aroma is pure and filled of fresh hay and fine baked apple, hints of kumquat and of a rose in full bloom. The mouth-feel is vibrant and refreshing, perfectly balanced with lovely fruit notes of fresh peach and nice citrus notes. There is a wonderful acidity and good minerality. This non-alcoholic sparkling has an elegant lightness from start to the long satisfying and cleansing finish.
